Being one of the first in the Sardine fishery industry in South Australia in 1992, Port Lincoln Sardines has seen many changes through industry growth. For a number of years, Port Lincoln Sardines have supplied feed to the tuna farms only however in more recent years we diversified our fish sales following the purchase of a filleting machine. Port Lincoln Sardines now sell fresh and frozen sardine fillets, natural, battered and crumbed ready for the fry pan.
